I'm sure this product is wonderful for some but it didn't quite work for me at this time. It actually was stopping me from going to the toilet it seems... I revisited another clinic to have another colonic session then was advised to stop taking this powder to see if it helped, and it did. Sorry to say because I'm sure there's lots in here that is helpful, just not for me right now.
