I have dealt with bad digestion for many years now and needed constant coffee enemas to properly empty my bowels. Since using P3 and Super Poo( see Ela's recommended mousse recipe) I go to the toilet a few times a day and don't need so many enemas anymore. I just do them 1-2x a week now because I love them
and they make my mind clear.
Love it! When mixed with super gut and psyllium - as well as tasting great you really feel the difference.
