Suggested Use:
Mix 1 teaspoon in 180 ml of water twice daily for two weeks, then take a two-week break. May also be added to juice, smoothies, cereal, or yogurt. Do not take with medication or supplements. Can be taken with psyllium.

For Pets:
Add ¼ teaspoon to their drinking water. To deter fleas, ticks, or dust mites, gently rub into fur. Avoid inhalation.
